Fuel drops out of fuel tanks every once in a while

I am running a petroleum engine rocket with an oxylite tank and a petroleum tank.

Every now and then the tanks just magically drop their cargo, which is especially bothersome in the case of oxylite.

User Feedback

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

added savegame and proper reproduction steps.

i think the issue is that under certain conditions the slider of the rocket tanks gets reset (even though the value doesnt change). This leads to the current tank content to be completely emptied. It should only drop the difference between the current and the maximum content imho.

I'm having this same issue on my first petro/oxy rocket.  It's been filled and dropped at least twice so far that I can confirm (first by seeing 2700kg of oxylite dead center on the floor under the rocket and second by watching it seconds after deconstructing the gantry to prevent over-filling as the dupes had already put more than the slider was set at).

Confirmed it was the clicking on the oxylite tank to check the contents that caused the dropping.  Slider was set to 900 but watched a full 2700kg get loaded before clicking on it.

Happens to me as well, with petroleum and steam as well.  With steam I think it sometimes coincided with me changing the cargo limit.  I would be adjusting it upwards and all the steam would dump out.
