Engie's tune up getting stuck

cpy
  • Branch: Preview Branch Version: Windows Pending

When my power is maxed and batteries jump on and off engineers stop tuning up and start from scratch, and don't finish tuning up the powerplants.

Steps to Reproduce
Have higher power usage than your powerplants cant produce, and let engineer tune it up.

User Feedback

You guys can use "Duplicant Motion Sensor" to detect if a dupe is tuning up so your generators keep working and they can finish the job.

"Duplicant Motion Sensor" is't a solution for me... duples still trying and trying to tune up, but the process is interrupted contantly... some times they made it. I still thinkings that's a bug. I have 700hours of these, i never see before.

I am also seeing this exact same problem, my dupe has been trying to tune-up the same generator for several cycles now, doing nothing else and constantly interrupted by...  nothing?

You are right. Doors need to be set to "open" and not to "auto" for Engie's Update to not cancel in the middle. It doesn't make sense - but it was the only thing that fixed it.

My tinkerer had +21, gas was 100%, CO2 was 100% not -blocked, and Engie would cancel about 50% through and my tinkerer would try again and again and again...
