Duplicants overload oxydizer tank

Setting the oxydizer tank to something lower than maximum will not prevent dupes from loading it up to max with oxylite.

Selecting an overloaded tank will cause it to unload ALL oxydizer, including the part that should stay. Then dupes will load it up to max again.


Steps to Reproduce
Build a rocket with oxydizer tank and petroleum engine. Set both to 600 kg. Watch dupes load oxydizer up to almost 2700 kg (for some reason there are always few g missing) with oxylite.

I up this bug report because there's always an issue with the amount of oxylite deliver to an oxidizer tank.

 

Now, if you set less than the max amount, duplicants can still deliver more, but the excedent is dropped.

...

And the duplicant pick it, to supply the oxydizer tank ... etc.

 

It's an infinite loop. :-/

Edit :

I've tried to set up priority to 9 on my oxylite storage, and priority 8 on the oxidizer tank.

Now the duplicant supply the tank, pick up the excess oxylite, bring it back to the container in the production room

...

and redo the whole thing !! O_o
