Dupes will no longer attend a Med Bed when suffering from hypothermia

The title is pretty self-explanatory. I have dupes suffering from hypothermia who no longer automatically assign themselves to a med bed.

Steps to Reproduce
Inflict dupes with hypothermia and build a medical bay. They will no longer automatically attend.
Go to bugs

If i´m not mistaken, the minor diseases are no longer treated in med bay. They apply ony a debuff for a short amount of time, and then vanish.

That is what I took from the patch notes as well.
