Steps to Reproduce
Not really sure. I produced diamond window tiles under yellow alert conditions. Maybe in their panic, they delivered the wrong material?

Heh. I guess it is pretty fun to get freebies, but it would be nice if it were via a built-in and predictable mechanic, rather than this alchemy.
