Crude oil bug

I think is compressed by the polluted water

It is a problem with the current mechanics of gasses and liquids.

The oil should push the polluted water up.

But as you can see there is a slight pocket of CO2 just above the incriminated polluted water. This CO2 is meant to sink at the bottom when there are multiple gasses. As the gas just over it is a different gas (O2 I would say by the color) it can't be pushed up. So the polluted water stay where it's at. And the oil keeps accumulating.

Interaction between gasses and liquids don't take mass into account so there are those kind of bugs sadly... Maybe the dev team will look into it when they will be improving the whole game after the next upgrade.

I think this is a minor annoyance only. It probably brings a massively faster engine as a plus.

liquids and gases can't mix in the game and you only have 1 tile of space for the oil to move and that is being blocked by the polluted water

dig one more tile above the oil or below the polluted water
