I'm getting codex update every few seconds, typically related to space or magma proximity. Seems that the codex updates aren't set to only happen if the codex page is not known yet.

Load late game save made in earlier version of the game, wait until codex trigger

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
