Broken Solar Panel still gets damage

When the comet strikes a solar panel and it gets broken and entombed by hot Regolith, then it gets overheat damage

In fact I don't know why it happend, maybe it was broken in past version

Any overheating machine will still "get damage" if its temp is over max temp threshold. Even if it's broken, buried, flooded, etc... Above overheating temp = getting damage. But indeed if it's already broken, no damage is still applied anymore, you only get pop-up and notification, endlessly, until it's solved.

Or maybe I don't get this report because right now I'm unable to understand where is the bug.

Or maybe it's more a mechanic suggestion, rather than a bug report, as this notification can be annoying.

Suggestion:

I would say that if You disable repairs on that object it shouldn't popup a warning anymore, when getting damage.

So you guys think right one does take damage is right?

Then why does the left one doesn't take damage?

I think you might think the left one is bug.

Broken buildings cannot damage. it is same as Dead duplicants cannot wound
