Telelocator Focus doesn't work if teleporting at the center of it

If you stand at the center of a full-socketed Telelocator Focus and use Telelocator Staff, this focus won't be activated and you will go to another position.

Steps to Reproduce
Use Telelocator Staff at the center of a full-socketed Telelocator Focus.
Go to bugs

Adding onto that, if you do this with two activated Telelocator Foci, you'll teleport between the two, like this. It's rather convenient, considering that it wasn't a very well known (and probably still isn't) thing till a few months ago.
