Hounds off of lunar island are becoming horror hounds

I'm not sure whether this is intentional or not, but once the three altars have been assembled and the mysterious energy is active, hounds killed on the mainland (far from the lunar island) are able to become horror hounds.

It seems this is possible because TheWorld.Map:IsInLunacyArea(x, y, z) always returns true when the altars are active and it is night.

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1) Assemble altars and activate mysterious energy

Step 2) Kill hounds during night

Step 3) Possibly get a horror hound.

Also, during the winter night while all 3 altars active, mutated pengulls will be spawned instead of regular ones.
