I got the same issue and yes, I'm on Rev. 461876.

Ah, the call for SetPrefabNameOverride only runs on the server side for the little nub, it should be above the TheWorld.ismastersim check, otherwise clients will get MISSING NAME

Yup, the version is 461876. But note I have a few client side mods, although none of them seems not to be related to the charged glassy rock. Plus no server side mod.
