Not sure how to answer. What change exactly do you intend to make, and how do you want to measure strength (there are lots of ways)? Your answer would probably be the start of a great separate post on the liquid tepidizer, with an eventual suggestion made to the suggestion forum that links to a discussion on this forum. By the way, for others reading this, I do quite regularly add more steam turbine post/builds to the original post.
