Game Won't Start

Game won't start and this screen pops up. Any suggestions or fixes?

I have just had an update in Win7 Steam of Dont Starve with RoG and SW DLC (no Hamlet beta) and it has broken the game, it will not even load, the first trumpet/bell of the tune starts and that is it.

I tried validating and it had one dodgy file but it fixed it and still would not run.

I tried reinstalling and installing or uninstalling the DLC but it still crashes every time. Keeps needing to redownload one file every time I tweak the installation.
