babba
If resource trading would be available within the first 30 minutes of the game, I would instantly play with normal settings and without debug. This came to my mind in another thread, I think having some form of resource trading available early in the game, would cater failing beginners and make the game more fun and less frustrating. I guess some people will be against it, but I think it would make the game more forgiving. For me it would be much more joy and a reason to not play with debug mode and easy settings Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/96429-asking-for-resource-trading-early-tech/ Share on other sites
Sasza22
I think we could use more "ancient" Gravitas machines hidden around the asteroid. We got the AETN in the ice biomes, which makes sense as a thing that made them cold in the first place. Maybe we could get others in othr types of biomes: The slime biome would get a slime maker. A malfunctioning printer or ooze synthesizer that produces slime instead and a ridiculous amount of slimelung germs. It could use water as input and maybe something else too. The caustic biome could get a transmutator machine. It would allow to literally trade resources into it for something else of the same mass. The twis would be a random outcome, beacause well... all machines are broken. It would produce a ton of heat (explaining the heat in the biome) and maybe have a really small chance to produce one of the space materials. I`m still thinking about hat could be in the oil biome. My latest idea is a half molten nuclear reactor deep in the magma biome. Supplied with radioactive isotopes from space it would produce insane heat around itself allowing to keep magma molten (i think i`m going to add that to my magma biome suggestion). Sry i might have gone a bit off topic.
