Hello, greatest developers and players! (•ω•)/

Just something similar to that oil rig stuff. Building it on a liquid geyser will turn it into 24-hour service.

Output is affected by current pressure of geyser.

Overflown liquid will be directly pump out on the ground instead of pipelines.

I would suggest the "researching" of the geyser to be a precondition. This would make this "researching" actually helpful.

But I would also like to see some similar solution for the cool steam geysers, as they output steam at near-boiling temperature. Such a pump would be useless if it outputs gas, as the steam is not needed anywhere in production, but on the other hand if it outputs water it would be too much of a simplification.

The machine would have to have a high overheat threshold, or be vent-specific.

For example, once a cool steam vent is researched, have a 125oC overheating version of the building automatically researched, requiring normal metal. Analyzing a hydrogen vent would unlock a pump that requires refined metals, and can survive above 500oC. If a magma or iron volcano is analyzed, automatically unlock a 2500oC version, made from steel.

This wouldn't be unbalanced, since the player would have to overcome the challenge of having the scientist approach the volcano/vent/geyser long enough to analyze it, and the materials required would be more expensive the hotter it needs to survive, as well as the limited usage of the building for vents/geysers only.

Totally Nice.
