smarter checkpoint

Is it possible to create a check point where you do not permit a dupe from carrying a certain item.

considering the containers have a list of things you can accept in a storage.    could something similar be done with   checkpoint  allowing or not allowing.

 

the idea here is to keep resources contained in an area.  for example,   all the snow/ice in a cold biome.   when get them to sweep - i'd rather than deliver it to a storage that is within the zone.  no carrying ice/snow out of the zone basically.

the problem I notice is when they sweep ice they seem to take it with them to some hot area and it melts into water on transport. or worst, it happens to be bed time and they DROP it on the floor of where ever they were last before rushing to bed.
