_midnightrain_ Posted September 8, 2018 Share Posted September 8, 2018 I have no hard data, but in my spacefaring colony I played while it was on preview branch I oberserved the same behavior. I think - just a hypothesis - that dupes will try to use the filtration medium of which u have more in stock. And since we usually have thousands of tons of regolith (reachable - noch actually in stock) and "just" about 100 tons of sand they pefer filling your filters with regolith.
