[pls help]Custom tab appear near custom item (like a maxwell journal)

Hello~ I'm looking for how to make a custom tab and the tap appears near custom item like a maxwell's journal.

also the tab only shows to custom character.

 

I already made recipe, item prefab etc etc. but not the "tab" part.
