Suggestion: A new "lab" for a 'special geyser'

As a suggestion to help mitigate getting an unwanted map seed where you get randomized geysers that you don't want/need and missing one that you do want/need.

Have 1 guaranteed "lab building" that is next to an experimental geyser that can be changed to whatever geyser you need.  It is a one time use (like those brain chairs).  After doing the needed research and having a max level scientist or two that are needed to operate the device/building or whatever.  You can pick the 'unknown geyser in the build or next to the building to be terraformed into what you need.   The building could work as follows, where you choose what you want. it becomes locked/set. you can't change it.  and the computer next to it requires the max scientist to work on it like researching.  And another guy who has max engineering operate it. 

Could be an end game job requirements to operate the building/device.  Anyways, the idea here is you can pick a geyser that you need that is missing from the map.

sandbox mode. they wouldn't need to guaranteed if all you needed to do was press a button and presto another geyser. the difference between sandbox and normal is that in normal you have to deal with what you get in sandbox you can change things as you want.

Sandbox really needs special buildings for when you accidentally delete something important... like your Dupe Printer.
