Scheduling condition slider

My dupes aren't going to the bathroom during bathtime and downtime because their bladder is below 40% and frequently interrupt their working time (I've limit my lavatory and not all dupes got the chance with their limited time even if I change certain dupes schedule, their bladder isn't reaching 40% and their bathtime ended).

I would like to suggest sliders for bladder in the scheduling (bathtime and downtime).

I can customize certain dupes schedule to have a toilet break at a certain time. If their bladder, let's say at 20% during that bathtime (toilet break) then they will go to the toilet and if not then they will continue their work (Dupes can work during bathtime but not downtime). This tweak may counter dupes with Irritable bowel, Small bladder and dupes working in a cold area.

Right now I'm solving this problem using the schedule below. It's working but it just burn my eyes.

My dupes wouldn't use the toilets during Bathtime no matter what I did. I turned off Downtime and they still wouldn't use the toilets during Bathtime. I've completely removed Bathtime from my schedule because the dupes NEVER do anything but work then. Surely this can't be the way Bathtime is supposed to work!

They use toilets when they need it. Moving bathtime before downtime worked for me. They use the toilet first then they go eat. If they don`t need to pee yet they keep working. Bathtime at the start of the day doesn`t work too well since they will pee in the downtime and there will be no reason to do it in the morning.
