If someone want to make a modloader version, please contact with me. However, as you know, modloader can't change asset file. I only did some roughly debug. And as before, I won't promise you will not meet any bug nor promise to fix any bug you meet, even some of them might be destructive. As usual, no guarantee for no side effects. You have to take responsibility for yourself. BTW, I strongly suggest to open a new world for this mod. Install Download Complete Mod: OxygenNotIncluded_v1.01.zip (EU 279738, Including all following feature) Incomplete Mod: Assembly-CSharp.dll (EU 280450, Only include Darkness) Decompress it and copy it to the root directory of Oxygen Not Included. Darkness Visual zone is varied by light and time (morning)(noon) Other Feature Buildings show their true heat generation now Buildings' heat generation no longer decrease when buildings' surrounding materials are low mass Building no longer reset its surrounding temperature Thermo Regulator and Thermo Aquatuner show their real-time heat generation in build tool Adjust building submerging detection method Adjust vent overpressure detection method Liquid Tepidizer should not break its limit anymore Different light bugs now have different light intensity and range Adjustment on material property Crude Oil convert to Petroleum and Coal Petroleum convert to Natural Gas and Refined Carbon Polluted Water produces more dirt when boiled Polluted Water has similar heat capacity as water Steam has a lower condense point (Cool steam vent also has a lower output temperature) Coal has a higher high phase change point Adjust thermal conductivity of some high thermal conductivity material Adjust density of liquid and gas. The printing pod clearly has a bright light around it for the starting area, but past that you'd need ceiling lamps to view down tunnels and light up areas of interest. Would make blackouts rather interesting. Buildings showing actual temperature outputs is a godsend. Seeing that dark asteroid with a few light bugs around just adds so much to the atmosphere of the game, especially from the very beginning of a new game. Let me show you a high pressure liquid tank first. As you can see, in these high pressure liquid tank, the vent can be built in anywhere, even in vacuum. To make the vent realize the overpressure, I have to let each vent detect the whole map. It is obviously unrealistic. The new detection method of liquid vent is based on the standard mass of liquid. In original game, liquid vent can submerged in depths oil pool without overpressure, but it overpressure when submerged beneath one layer of water. It's unfair for water! So I let liquid vent also overpressure when submerged beneath one layer of oil. The new detection method of gas vent is simple. Literally - only zones with lumen > 0 should be visible to player. The simplest way to uninstall it is backing up your original file. And you can also verify integrity of game files in steam. I haven't feel so excited to ONI for a long time. After I tired to game again, I might make a modloader version and add some tough challenge about light control. But I might won't have much free time for recently.
