auto compiler not working

Ok so recently iv been trying to revamp a mod of a character I made called Leon, after working on the exported images and going for hours on end trying to fix everything I have decided to turn to the forums for answers. when I try to compile the mod (mind you there is nothing in the anim folder as the tutorial told me the compiler will fix it.) It will pop up for a second and then close itself not adding or compiling anything. when i install mods to see if the compiler is broken it runs fine skipping over my character as if it is nothing but an empty folder. I have nearly lost my mind and have decided its time to ask for help so can any one help me with this thanks.

*edit it seems that it's only not compiling the anim folder any time i try to use it in any game it crashes so il put the crash log here so we have something to work off of

Autocompiler doesn't like something inside the character files, could be that one of the pngs doesn't have a alpha background, could be it doesn't like a specific png, and the list can go on. So would you like to post a zip of your mod so we can pin down the problem(its also pretty effective way of getting mods fixed around here)? (I don't want to play 20 questions mind you)

tbh same i dont really want to do 20 questions so im going to post the file here thanks for the help man il keep looking around to see if i can find the problem as well hope for the best and wish you the best of luck as well

The error is simple you need all pieces of the character whether you use the parts or not. That's why mr leo gave the cleared folder to hide/remove those extra parts you don't want with empty pngs. So here all fixed up to work and compile correctly, and uh work on it some more.
