Med Bay need outhouse??

It took me a few playthroughs to get a good, germ-free environment for my duplicants. But later in the game they still start vomiting and/or get ill. In order to help my duplicants to recover (in which i never ever succeeded - once they start vomiting it's game over), i need to build med beds in order for them to recover. But in order for a Med Bed to be effective, it needs to be placed in a Med Bay. And a Med Bay needs to contain an Outhouse??? Once I place the outhouse in my Med Bay, my whole Colony runs out to use that, ignoring my beautiful, clean lavatories. Resulting in a Med Bay with germs, which is a horrible environment to send my sick duplicants into.

I think the Med Bay needs some rethinking. A mess table is also a bit silly, though it's not a problem to place one there.

Why do you care about sick Duplicants getting covered in germs? They can't get two diseases and they're completely immune for a while after they're done there.

Lavatory in the Med bay will do the job too and is much preferred.  I guess the description should say that it needs 'either outhouse of lavatory' or maybe just 'needs latrine'.

Also, one thing I didn't realize until later was that you can also add a washbasin/sink to your med bay so that duplicants that use the outhouse/lavatory do not spread food poisoning.

BTW, medbay just needs "a lavatory", not necessarily "a working lavatory" . You can place one without connecting it to the plumbing system, still counts.

Which, actually, sounds like a bug.
