A issue with stress reaction

I didn't play ONI for quite a while so I don't know if something about stress was changed, but i have a few dupes at 100% stress and they seems fine, no stress reaction at all. I Remember that stress reaction started at around 75%, but few cycles with 100% and nothing at all.

I started another new game just to check if it will be the same, and it is.

I'm really confused, was stress nerfed?

There are 2 types of "stress response".  The big ones happen at 100% stress.  Destructive will start breaking machines, Tiles, etc.  Ugly Crier will start the crocodile tears.  Vomiter will...  do exactly what you think it will.

There are also smaller stress reactions that happen as a warning sign, beginning at 50% stress.  The Dupe will drop any task it is currently performing, as well as any materials it is holding.  It will momentarily perform an action that correlates with it's stress response type.  For example, the Vomiter will be visibly nauseous, be green in the face for a moment, and burp like they are trying to hold it down.  They will then resume working, receiving new tasks.
