Build Idea Thread

hum most of my build need some improvement since the latest update....

I made some perfect isolated wall with vacuum, automatized water treatment with autofeeding hatch (need improvement cause of update), close polluted water stockage for early game to avoid polluted oxygen and food contamination in your base or avoid using deodorizer, liquid oxygen factory, CO2 food stockage (very simple just a vertical room fill with co2), automate farm for mealwood and another one for bristle berry,  automate electricity grid managing.

Actually work on a perpetual liquid pipe loop to maximize the cooling (a loop of liquid turning infinitly and only open when liquid reach a choosen temperature to use less as possible the pump), work in parallel on a mechanical pipe compressor to maximize the pipe use (filter cost the same energy to filter 1g or 1kg)

I made a water cooling/purifying system. It inputs ~90°C water from a steam vent and polluted water (from toilets and sinks and everything else) and outputs pure, germ-free water at 21°C at a rate of around 1000 kg per 1/2 cycle. Consumes around 3/4 kw of power and may not be optimised, but it works well for me.

And don't mind the isolated things with all the doors. These are just some pressurised reservoirs I made to save up some space (I was on sandbox). They won't work with the Cosmic Upgrade.

If someone got some time and want´s to join me designing a player interaction free solar power plant ;)

(My current idea is based on using molten glass to liquify the debris and let it evaporate into space.)

Still some some problems to solve here:

-How to deal with the iron debris ? (Maybe let it stack till it reachs 100t and starts deleting access iron on each save/load cycle ?)

-How much heat energy is needed to keep my top layer clean ?

-Optimal pipe setup to seperate the cooling loop (to protect my bunker doors) from my heating loop to keep everything nice and clean?

(Right now i sustain my glass production with a volcano and rock granulator)

 

Not really a "usefull" build in a normal game, just some fun tinkering ;)
