Vincie
Well... The game is quite chill and has no real threats. What if the neutronium walls on the left and right would slowly get closer to each other? Or at least simply expand. What if the meteor showers were gaining on frequency? If the geysers and fumaroles (change that awful art, please, it looks disturbing) were runnig out of juice at some point...? Just add some stress factor, yes, stress to the game. And a goal that would make the dupes' miserable lifes somehow less hopeless. A possibility of building a rocket and flying away, or something simplier - a portal to be assembled from 4-5 parts burried all over the place. And a final cutscene - dupes happily traveling through the wormhole while it suddenly distabilises and leaves the dupes in the outer space, where noone will hear them scream. Michi01
I think some of this stuff could make for interesting optional challenge modes, but it shouldn't be part of the game by default. S19TealPenguin
I believe letting Dupes leave was one of the original intentions for the end-game, as well as finishing the story.
