BlueLance
Has anyone else noticed or had issues with steam passing through their generators after a while when they are turned off? It has started happening to me and I have pout a bug report in, but I wonder if anyone else is having the same issue Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/91627-steam-generator/ Share on other sites

BlueLance
I only just seen it now, unfortunately that was not the reason, wish it was. From what I can observe they hold the gas back and then its almost like one of the 5 tiles it occupies just lets it suddenly slip through. I tried at different pressures of steam as well but still same thing happened. I removed a block from each side of the steam generator and steam also poured out the side... I attached the set-up just before it goes for its test run. I honestly don't see any problems with it, minus the end result Steam is already making its way through and it is shut off with automation... My other one worked, this one just seems to not want to keep steam below it... avc15
I've also noticed that if you leave a steam generator idle and the intake is under pressure, some steam slips by. BlueLance
Even if its only a couple of hundred grams of steam, it just seems to start and when it starts letting it slip, it just doesn't stop. I have noticed thought if its a vacuum on the other side it doesn't happen. Which means it definitely acts like a solid object, but as soon as a gas is on the other side it does that Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/91627-steam-generator/#findComment-1044633 Share on other sites
