Never again an overloaded wire !

I had a pose at ONI when the smart battery came out. I guess that was indicated at that time, but I do not see any post that speaks then ...

How it works : 

the sub-circuit is always disconnected from the main circuit and - normally - always powered. 
As long as the smart battery is not empty, it is used and the standard battery is charging; 
When empty, the standard battery takes over while the other is charging. 
  
The point is that you can run the power anywhere in the base with standard wires and there is no limit (well, I have not met with my previous base - Ranch Mark II - which was able to produce more than 15 KW). 

In practice, the smart battery - if you have the necessary power - is charged in few seconds and the other battery is very rarely requested. I think it comes from the power-shutup which delivers 5KW (1 Kw per tick) and which can be mounted in series on the same wire
