Maybe reduce the decor bonus or range since you could fit more? So the temp shift plates would be not the only background tile? Also, would be nice to be able to build background tiles that look the same as the normal blocks to give you that actual room feel. Might also be neat to have a furniture tile that is like the temp shift plate for placement, but is more like wall paper. it could use reed fiber as the source for paper, and bristle berry / coal for the paint materials. Could make the 1st tier artist do basic wall papering, and then tier 2 for painting canvas and sculpting. Would also like to see a wall mounted or hanging type of flower planter, maybe this type could only hold the smaller 1 tile high flora. Doors, could you make a normal room door? one that can be made from the minerals? Just a normal house bedroom type door we have in real life? For the purpose of closing rooms off with non conductive mats. I dont mind the horz doors, but they just feel like a half planned calling it in level of design. Could you make a proper 1 x 1 hatch that only works for vertical passing. A Separator block like the transit tube one for the fire pole So that you can use it as a block that separates rooms as a access point type of idea. And lastly a turn style door like the ones we have in public malls and stuff, with the windmill type separators. So that when you pass threw, only the gas that seeps into your section can follow you threw to the other side. so this type of door would be large like 4 high x 3 wide, made from plastics and refined metal. Just a minor quibble, but I believe you're looking for the word 'through' here. Pass through, follow you through. Threw is the action of causing an object to be accelerated to a significant velocity in a specific direction.
