DyingCrow
I thought about this quite a few times. There are situations where suit traffic is so high, they dont have time to recharge. I can think of a situation where a VERY intelligent, considerate and reasonable dupe puts on a suit, runs all way across the map, and when hes just about to do what he was supposed to, he decides its time for a snack or needs to take a leak, or a shower, why not? Bummer. I aint building more o2 crap just for you idiot! DO IT! Then head back. Wasting power and air for nothing. Oh wait, sorry. This is another story :/ Automation on the suit dock would be great. So them silly dupes dont pick an empty suit and head back because everything is bleeping red. This is another story :/ Oh for this, you have a solution, like your airlock system you show me, once your dupe pass the door put on another door a timer system like to say: Hey dude, you choose to put the exosuit so put at the work for a least four hour before going to eat or pee (i worked on nuclear plant and when you re are inside you will better sure be go to pee before entering cause you will stay for a long time XD) 9 hours ago, DyingCrow said: Automation on the suit dock would be great. Already have a dupe put an empty exosuit and go far away to die alone, Darwin law Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/89316-automation-on-exosuit-dock-and-ore-scrubbler/#findComment-1022043 Share on other sites
KittenIsAGeek
My solution to this whole problem has been a dedicated oxygen supply for the suit docks. Keep the exosuit dock full of O2 and you shouldn't have a problem. My observation has been that a dupe won't grab a suit that is in the 'recharging' process after its been placed at the dock. Instead, they'll wait the 3 or 4 seconds until the suit is filled. But you need to think of what's happen if you run out of oxygen, thing never happen like you think sometime Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/89316-automation-on-exosuit-dock-and-ore-scrubbler/#findComment-1022328 Share on other sites
