I propose to give each duplicant that already has a mastery in a job a mark (e.g. the crown one). It will make things much easier when switching duplicant jobs if I'm not after getting certain specialist but rather after simply improving general skills of my duplicants. When you only have a small number of dupes it gets increasingly annoying having to plop them around the Job menu just to figure out what they are/aren't qualified for. The dupe info box (when you click on a dupe in the game) now gives better transparency about their training, but in the Job menu you don't have access to that information. Feature already exists, kinda. It's not very comfortable to use, especially since it's not even sorted in any obvious way (neither is the list in drop-down, though). And sometimes I have hard time getting this list to pop out, getting around the effects popup turns to pixel hunt. Where the markers would be the most useful is the selection box when the dupe is unemployed. Note: this is actual situation for one of duplicants in my game. The number next to the job may suggest something, but does not tell me if the duplicant has the mastery or not. And yeah, have some reasonable sorting in these lists would help, too. Ambaire Posted March 25, 2018 Share Posted March 25, 2018 Ahhaha wow. Yeah, if you have some crazy quantity of dupes, it would definitely be helpful. I've never gone over 8 and most games I stick to 6, even with the extra large map. I'm also still figuring out all the systems and I tend to take my time expanding....
