If solids can't fall through it why should sweepers (or dupes) be able to pull solids through it? So mesh and air tiles was an obvious bug. Pneumatic doors? Probably intended as solids can fall through them even when closed. Same with open doors of all kinds. They are obviously also kosher. Note that an open door still counts as a room boundary, so just leave the doors open. So the drip-cooling behavior is something that's a great gameplay feature that shouldn't be changed, but sweepers reaching through tiles is an "obvious bug." I see how it is. Seriously though, intuitive realism aside, what's the gameplay case for this change? Maybe they didn't originally intend for sweepers to work through tiles, but it turns out that it's fun and useful. What's the harm in it? Maybe I should have specified any doors except pneumatic door but I thought that was obvious as you've never been able to build on pneumatic doors. I mean, I actually filed a bug report weeks ago about inconsistent sweeper behavior in which I documented this and other aspects of their operation based on line of sight. So it's not that I wasn't expecting some change, but this is not the resolution I was hoping for (and not what I suggested in my report either).
