Water is food and oxygen, and terrariums waste it writ large. It takes 20 lit terrariums to give you the same amount of oxygen as one electrolyzer and they use 6kg/s of water (which is enough to feed 6 electrolyzers). That removes just over 6g/s of CO2, which is nothing as a skimmer does 50x as much removal.

A single deoxidizer produces as much oxygen as a little over 12 terrariums, and only uses 35% more algae.

IMO, terrariums need to recycle more CO2 and give you the opportunity to reclaim your lost water in the way of slime. It would require careful balancing, but I think a low heat, high labor solution SHOULD work for oxygen. Every gram of slime breaks down into 1/3g algae and 2/3 pwater.
