any tip to solve accounting ?

I saved exited to desktop and back and the situation doesn't change

When you plan building something, material used for it is deduced from the overview even though the material is still in the compactor. It even shows so in the tooltip if you put the mouse cursor over the item in the list.

i hope they add water usage on the report so that we can efficiently cool the minimum amount of water we need per cycle

Actually the accounting can get really screwey if its being transported - as things are picked up and moved they disappear from useable inventory totals. IE, the ore transport system can render materials as in use - so micro managing accounting means looking at tooltips frequently.
