Idea for research station: Social research

Currently I see little value in having more than 6-8 dupes. I have an idea for utilising larger populations. The social research station.

In the current research tree, this station could be added in the first research interior decor (the one that gives flower pots and lamps). Now the dupe working at this station will go around the base and survey other dupes. After interviewing/surveying one dupe, it will add 1 social research point (SRP) towards that research. However each dupes can be surveyed only once per research. So if say research Artistic expression requires 5 social research points, it means the colony population needs to be at least 5.

I have in mind, a cost of 5 SRP for Artistic expression, 10 SRP for tailoring and 15 SRP for home luxuries instead of intermediate research points for them. All other researches remain unchanged as they have no social notions in them. I am a bit sceptical of the cost for tailoring as it is a pre-requisite for exosuits, but I am fine with committing 10 dupes to get access to exosuits.
