Limit camera movement to always keep an explored area on screen

It's too easy to move the camera into the dark abyss and get lost and the center home key is not something new players would know about. So I propose a simple fix, make a bounding box containing the explored area and force the camera to not stray too far such that an explored area is always on screen and thus possible for players to find their way back home.

There is 0 reason for the camera to be moving so far out into the darkness so this change shouldn't hurt or affect anything other than making sure players do not get lost. If a player used debug mode to disable the fog and then moved the camera out of the explored area and then disabled debug mode, there is always the center home key, or the system could automatically relocate the camera. Which then makes the center home key pointless and couldĀ be removed.
