Lutzkhie
i tested this one out, and the pipe didn't break, as you can see i created a mesh tile underneath because i was expecting it to break due to the bug but it didn't, the downside of this is that it wont convert crude oil to petroleum (just like in youtube) because of the temperature, i built the refinery on the center of the biome where it is about -30degress, insulated pipes are Granite i already created 600kg of refine copper, can anyone confirm this does work
Kabrute
1, copper needs extremely small amounts of heat, 2, your trying to come from extremely cold up to hot, 3, Use Iron and Tungsten and watch the temps skyrocket
Lutzkhie
i tried iron, didn't break too, where can i find this tungsten thingy, but its breaking the ice biome so ill have to relocate it somewhere or insulate the inside of the room to keep the heat inside
Kabrute
*ok, so basically you have to have a constant input of liquid, and constant work order say from your temp 5 iron bars in a row should break pipes, tungsten is wolframite* All of this being said Redmine lists it as fixed
Lutzkhie
no problem with copper and iron now, but that crude oil is at 118c
Kabrute
when you see this(but with oil) you have glitched your refinery, continuing to pump oil through it and process metals will cause the run away reaction you are looking for
