Gill381
I was thinking how in Winter if you start to freeze you could just light a fire and then it would be all better. In summer, I understand Thermal Stones chill at night, but what if you were on an expodition far from base, your floral shirt spoils. Your Whirley Fan breaks. You’re in a desert so there are no flowers. You have 10 health left and you’re the last player alive. You’re on day 17462 and you have a huge empire built. You die from overheating and the world is lost. This is why I think they should have an endothermic torch that could set endothermic fires as well as provide light. It would be pretty simple to craft. 2 Twigs 1 Nitre 1 Grass And there you go! You can live to see day 17463!!! Hooray!! pedregales
I guess it makes sense with the theme of the game. And I like that it makes use of nitre, a very unused, yet fairly common, resource (I mean, at the start of the game... after that many days nitre becomes very scarce along with rocks and flint). By this time you should be more then prepared to deal with summer, and even death. Besides, you can already just pre-craft an endothermic campfire for emergency situations like this.
