Medical skill will influence how much an effect on decor it would have. Low enough medical skill would cause the surgery to reduce decor. BlueLance Posted November 20, 2017 Share Posted November 20, 2017 I don't think this will happen, The dupes would either have to look different or the coding would have to be changed whilst leaving them looking the same which doesnt add much to the game, The other reason is dupes can wear clothes which already do what you are after (Minus the negative decor affects) Not meaning to shoot you down but that is my thoughts on it. In the same way that hearing about the Honey Boo Boo ridiculousness bugs me on a visceral level.
