Michi01
So as of now, stress responses only happen when a dupe's stress gets really high (I think only at 100% but I'm not sure). While I like that there's a severe consequence to letting stress get really high that also reduces it, I think there should also be a primary stress response that is constantly active whenever a dupe's stress is above a certain level (maybe 60% since that's when the game starts to consider a duplicant to be stressed and it also prevents the secondary stress response from deactivating it, since it usually reduces the dupe's stress to ~60%). One possible primary stress response could be hyperventilation, increasing the oxygen consumption of the duplicant.
Kasuha
IIRC dupes start playing their stressed animations long before their stress response kicks in.
