Why it takes so much time to grow?

Hmm. Did you uproot the seed and replant it?
Because the growth calculation expects the seed has never been harvested.
If you replant a partially used seed then it assumes the plant is further along in the growth cycle.

Well with a harvest in 39.4 cycles at 9% growth...
9% growth is 5.85 cycles, but we know the next harvest in that range is at 45 cycles.
So 45 - 39.4 is 5.6 cycles, which is 8.615% growth.

All the numbers lead to that seed having 2 harvests remaining instead of 3.
It gets harvested at cycle 25, 45, and 65.
