An other Madness. Dupes suck up littel water puddless about 1000g and instead of keep collecting, they run the the algae terrarium, which but needed 200 KILO gramm. So they repeading the timing wasting action serverial times.

Please let them collect as long, so they can fulfil the demand or reach their carring capacity and deliver then then freight.

you do know, you can submerge those terrarium in water right? so you dont have to manually deliver water to them

It won't solve it entirely -- as there's always a tiny puddle somewhere -- but religiously mopping most of your space of all free-standing liquids can help with this.

 

{edit:  Not an argument against fixing the bug -- just offering a temporary thing to help it a bit.}

The amount is trivial compared to what you can get from a geyser.

You can mop any amount of water, it just takes some time. If you place a mop command at the bottom of your water pool where dupes can still reach it, they will mop that pool dry.

Yeah, that's right. By the way, it's handy to remove small polluted water tiles from clean water pools that way, without a filter.
