vonVile Posted April 9, 2017 Share Posted April 9, 2017 ONI character designs and Funko's figure style are very similar to each other with both having big rounded square heads and black circle eyes, so ONI characters would be super easy to translate over. One thing that would make the figures stand out is they could have different facial expressions that are taken from the game: suffocation, sick, eating, etc. PS - Did Klei use Funko as inspiration or was it a co-incidence? I didn't notice this before, but you're absolutely right! However, I'm not sure they'd be able or willing to work with Funko to produce some cute little ONI figurines, in the past it seems they've just worked with ESC Toy. Either way, if there ever is ONI merchandise, I'm sure we can count on Klei for some quality figurines or plushies.
