Dupe individuality

After playing for some time I noticed lack of specialisation for dupes.

It could work by specifying priority of task for a single dupe, for example single dupe has higher priority set on harvesting, so he does that until everythig has been harvested or higher overall priority exists. Another example would be a dupe tasked with digging on priority 7, he overrides all priority for digging for that single dupe to 7, so he digs until hes finished, or hes called by higher (8+) overall priority.

Essentially it would work opposite to restricting a job, as in a dupe would prioritize a job over others.

Additionaly i would suggest checking out thaumcrafts golems for how efficient single job can be, even if they are meant mostly for sorting and have limited AI.

I definitely expected to see something like Rimworld where the dupe job assignment chart has an "advanced" menu that lets you set their numerical priorities separately. (I was also very confused as to how to set priority in the first place, since the legend is much more prominent in the UI than the buttons that set priority.)
