Hey Guys!

What happens when i activate new Mods in an existing World?

I'm actually playing an 150d+ World with like 20 Mods acitvated. No bugs everything works fine. 

Right now i'm thinking of activating stuff like geometric placement mod and endless beefalo riding mod. 

Is this possible or will it make my world buggy? 

Geometric placement is a client side mod so it won't affect the world in anyway. I can't make any promises for the beefalo riding mod, but that shouldn't be an issue unless there is some kind of conflict with other mods.

 

If you want to be sure, just make a backup of the world files

In many cases it will be okay, but the mods may not work as expected (it depends on if the code is expecting something to have been done earlier in the world gen or on existing prefabs). Usually removing mods causes more problems. To be safe as Thibooms mentioned, you should back up your save files.
