You maybe can try your luck in the suggestions part of the forum (http://forums.kleientertainment.com/forum/133-oxygen-not-included-suggestions-and-feedback/) and ask the devs for an alternate, smoother texture (activable through settings for instance). Or try to look at it in a different way, these may not be holes at all (if that's what irritates you) but just patches of wet algae. Edit : the same type of request could be done for color blindness if someone is victim of it. Edit2 : is there any modder that could help @kuturatu ?
