Wishful Thinking: Level Editor?

Any chance we'll be seeing a level editor of any kind? Even if it was an external map building tool, I'd still love to be able to craft levels as well as play ones the community has made. An in-game editor would be juicy.

As much as I would love to whip up my own Mark of the Ninja levels, the way Ninja was built doesn't' really lend itself to us providing a level editor. So I can safely say this won't come to light.

Which is a real bummer. I think at this point everyone has drooled over the thought of über challenging custom maps.
