Starlogy Posted February 9, 2017 Share Posted February 9, 2017 Err, this is kinda difficult to think of a solution for, as the obvious answer would be to just make a new world. The caves and the overworld have two different servers (or shards, if you will), and it's not as simple as spawning a sinkhole and mining it. From my perspective, there's no way to add a caves shard to your configuration without restarting the world. Probably not the answer you would like to hear, but hey, maybe you'll get a better world the next time around. You have to create your Caves folder, edit the configuration files of your server, manually spawn/edit sinkholes using the console, and link sinkholes between your Overworld and Caves - that's not easy. If you really want to keep your current world and if you have the courage to read a lot, you should start here: Shard Configuration Mod could help you too.
