Family Library

I purchased the game, but it isn't showing up under my family library.  Refund requests immediately rejected by Google of course.  Any way to fix this?

Near as I can tell from skimming the google docs, we shouldn't have to do anything special to enable family sharing. Maybe it's disabled for Early Access titles, in which case it'll start working once we leave Early Access. That's just a guess though.

Yep it should automagically show up there.  It is enabled on the app page but doesn't show up on other accounts, so I suspect early access is the issue as well.  Would you be able to refund the purchase on my account so I can purchase it on the account which I would prefer to access it from?  Google hasn't been of any assistance and points me at the developer instead.

Hey @rhpot1991- if you would like to request for a refund, please contact our livesupport team with the Google Account email address that was used to purchase the game (and/or the receipt) and we will get that process started for you.

Filled that out and emailed  livesupport@kleientertainment.com earlier today, no responses yet.

Got a refund and purchased it under my main account instead.  Thanks for the help.

Is it possible to get an answer about the issue rather than just offering refunds?

If we knew, we'd tell you! We have access to all the same android documentation that's publicly available to you and everyone else on the internet - we don't know why it doesn't work, but our best guess is that it's because of the early access.
