Klei is a tiny team of hardworking people and they do their best to make us happy. They work day and night to provide content everyone can enjoy and now they are making a PS4 edition to make even more people happy. All I have to say is this, if you want the Xbox to get DST, wait. Just wait. Maybe in a year or two it'll get ported over. Until then, enjoy the PC version and the classic version on your Xbox. Its fun on PC, but I don't have a great rig, so it kind of... heats up a bit and slows down. That, and its a game I find more enjoyable together than alone. As far as we know, no. But as soon as Klei decides to/starts porting it to the XB1, they will let us know.
